Brian Jordan, Chief Executive Officer
As a co-founder of BITadvisors and an expert in the Business Intelligence industry,
Brian Jordan brings a unique depth of experience to BITadvisors. Jordan has 12 years of
experience in the Business Intelligence industry with roles including consulting, technical
sales, management, and operations. He is responsible for all sales and business development
for BITadvisors, bringing over 12 successful years of selling and team development to his role.
Jordan oversees all aspects of enterprise and mid-market sales, as well as the development of
business relationships with market research firms and strategic partners.
Prior to joining BITadvisors, Jordan was an account executive and technical manager at SAP Business Objects
for seven years, where he assisted in growing the mid-market sales from 3 to 60 million
dollars over five years. Prior to SAP Business Objects, he worked as a consultant at Cambridge
Technology Partners implementing data management and reporting solutions.

John Michael Korcak,
President & Chief Technology Officer
John Michael Korcak serves as President and Chief Technology Officer of BITadvisors. Korcak brings unique
in-depth technical expertise to guide BITadvisors technology strategy and delivery services methodology.
Prior to co-founding BITadvisors' predecessor, BI Technologies, in 2004, Korcak
worked for 6 years in the business intelligence industry helping companies implement and utilize various
BI technologies. For three of those years he held a position with Business Objects acting as a Senior
Technical Sales Consultant responsible for demonstrating the value of the software to customers in every
industry.
As CTO, Korcak remains very hands on with the various business intelligence technologies to ensure that BITadvisors
services and products remain relevant and industry leading.
Korcak has a degree in Business Management from George Mason University and is currently resides in Charlestown MA.

Ken Dixon, Chief Operating Officer
Ken Dixon is the Chief Operating Officer of BITadvisors. Along with his day-to-day responsibilities
to insure successful operation of the business, he is responsible for all financial and marketing functions of
BITadvisors. As a veteran of the telecommunications and software industries, Dixon provides over 30 years of
hands-on company development and management experience to BITadvisors.
Dixon was a Captain in the US Army where he honed his management and leadership skills which were later
applied at the management consultancy Booz, Allen and Hamilton and further at IBM. In 1989 Dixon joined a
telecommunications software start-up which he helped grow to be a recognized player in the global
remote connectivity marketplace. Having become a serial entrepreneur, Dixon has done several start-ups and
in 2006 became the majority stakeholder of Golden Consulting Group, which merged in 2009 with BI Technologies to
become BITadvisors.
Dixon is a graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He currently lives in Connecticut
with his wife and has three children. Dixon actively volunteers his time outside
the business in the sport of ice hockey as a coach and program developer. He can also be seen at the rink
continuing to play mens hockey.

Mitchell Ocampo, MCSD, MCDBA, MCT
Practice Director, Microsoft BI
As the Managing Director for Microsoft Technologies, Mitch Ocampo is responsible for managing sales,
operations, and consultant delivery for the Microsoft Practice. He is focused on driving technology adoption,
building strategic relationships with customers, and collaborating with IT leaders to further shape this area
of technology.
Ocampo has over 15 years of experience in application development, software and database architecture, and management.
He previously served as Regional Practice Lead for EMCs Global Services Division, a 7-time Microsoft Partner
of the Year. Before joining EMC, Ocampo held technical leadership roles at Internosis, BrassRing, and Thomson
Reuters, where he led numerous projects including the integration and syndication of NASDAQ and New York Stock
Exchange content across all major financial portals including MSN, Yahoo, and Bloomberg.
Ocampo is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire. He is a published author
and active member of the New England software development community, and maintains a number of software, database,
and industry certifications. He resides in Southeastern Massachusetts with his wife and kids.
